PARTISANS transformed a disused car dealership at 259 Lakeshore Blvd East into a 41,000 sqft art gallery for the inaugural Toronto Biennial of Art. The building was chosen because it provided a large area that could be easily transformed into an art gallery for the three month event, and because of it\u2019s proximity to Lake Ontario which supported the curatorial approach.
