The tower weaves together a mix of offices, residential units, and retail with an expressive diagrid that adapts the structure of the building to accommodate the different spatial needs of each program. Offices on the lower floors achieve column-free interiors for maximum flexibility, while the diagrid transitions to a more vertical expression in the upper reaches of the building to create uninterrupted views for the 428 residential units.
