We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 7.5+ years of professional experience in a major international design firm. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker and project leader capable of guiding projects from early concept through construction documentation and delivery. Hospitality and high-end residential experience is highly preferred. Proficiency in Rhino is required.

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Lead the development of innovative, purpose-driven interior design concepts aligned with project vision and strategy
\u2022 Oversee multiple complex projects across all phases, from concept design to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget objectives are met
\u2022 Prepare and direct compelling client presentations and coordinate project deliverables
\u2022 Produce and coordinate architectural drawing sets through all project phases, with a strong understanding of regulatory and technical requirements
\u2022 Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior architectural detailing including custom millwork, stairs, and complex wall\/ceiling assemblies
\u2022 Source and specify high-end finishes, fixtures, lighting, and furniture (FF&E)
\u2022 Mentor and support junior and intermediate designers within the studio
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
\u2022 Communicate ideas clearly both visually and verbally and confidently represent the studio in meetings and presentations
\u2022 Monitor project schedules and coordinate with internal and external teams to maintain alignment with project timelines<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or equivalent)
\u2022 Minimum 6+ years of experience in high-end residential and\/or hospitality projects
\u2022 Strong experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
\u2022 Creative, proactive, and resourceful problem-solver
\u2022 Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and interior design standards
\u2022 Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
\u2022 Strong organizational and time-management abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
