Our work spans architecture, interiors, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and cultural projects across Canada and internationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking a BIM Technologist to support the development, coordination, and maintenance of project models and BIM workflows across the studio. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with project teams and consultants from design development through construction documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is a full-time, Toronto-based position requiring work from PARTISANS\u2019 studio. Candidates currently based elsewhere are welcome to apply, and PARTISANS will support the successful candidate\u2019s relocation to Toronto.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 3rem;padding-left:2.2rem;list-style:disc;\">\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Coordinate a Common Data Environment (CDE) across architectural, structural, civil, landscape, mechanical, electrical, and other consultant disciplines<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including permissions, file-sharing standards, naming conventions, and project protocols<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Use ACC to track and manage issues, transmittals, RFIs, and other project information<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Prepare and maintain BIM models, including linked and referenced models, model health, file management, and file-transfer protocols<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Undertake QA\/QC reviews of BIM files and submission drawings<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Maintain modelling standards, templates, families, schedules, parameters, view templates, and other shared Revit resources<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Coordinate proactively across disciplines to support planning approvals, construction documentation, tendering, and construction-phase deliverables<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Support project teams with model setup, troubleshooting, and BIM coordination<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Develop or run scripts and interoperability workflows where useful to improve model quality and studio processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"margin:0 0 3rem;padding-left:2.2rem;list-style:disc;\">\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building Science, or a related field<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Experience coordinating and managing Building Information Models in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Advanced proficiency in Revit beyond basic 3D modelling, including families, schedules, parameter management, view templates, worksharing, linked models, and file-transfer protocols<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or a comparable Common Data Environment<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Strong technical understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical building systems<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Experience with BIM standards, model auditing, issue coordination, and drawing-set quality control<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-size:1.6rem;line-height:1.5;margin-bottom:0.8rem;-webkit-font-smoothing:antialiased;\">Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, digital fabrication, or computational workflows is an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our studio is a place where we inspire and learn from each other.
